- Bumper: To prevent possible entanglement or strangulation, position ties to outside of crib and be sure they are secure. Remove bumper when child can sit up unaided or can pull to a standing position.
- Crib Sheet: Prevent possible strangulation or entanglement. Never use crib sheet unless it fits securely on crib mattress.
- Crib Skirt: Place securely under crib mattress. Crib skirt should hang straight down towards floor.
